AZED Diploma Seals Offered
Scottsdale Unified School District is excited to offer the Seal of Arts program to eligible seniors. This program is designed to recognize high school students who complete arts pathway requirements throughout their high school career. The seal is placed on the student’s diploma, noted on the transcript, and students will be recognized at graduation.
Scottsdale Unified School District is excited to offer the Seal of Biliteracy program to eligible seniors. This program is designed to recognize high school students who achieve proficiency in English plus at least one additional language. The seal is placed on the student’s diploma, noted on the transcript, and students will be recognized at graduation. 
Scottsdale Unified School District is proud to offer the Seal of Personal Finance. This program recognizes students who have attained a high level of proficiency in Personal Finance at the time of graduation. Proficiency is determined by completion of a set of Arizona State Board of Education - approved tasks.1. Concurrent Enrollment Partnership with SCC:
Coronado High School and Scottsdale Unified School District have established a unique partnership with Scottsdale Community College to bring the college experience to our students while they are still in high school. Strategically focusing classes related to entrepreneurship and social media marketing, we are able to help students start and grow their own business and/or build out a strategic social media plan for their business or even create a personal brand.
2. Dual Enrollment Opportunities:
Our commitment to academic excellence includes providing students with the chance to earn college credits while still in high school. Dual enrollment programs at Coronado create a seamless transition to higher education, giving students a head start in their academic journey.
3. Pre-AP (Advanced Placement) Programs:
The Pre-AP course framework at Coronado challenges students with advanced coursework, fostering critical thinking, research skills, and a deeper understanding of subjects. This program serves as a stepping stone to the rigor of college-level academics.
